Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


๐Ÿ’ป Remote Support & Digital Work

Since most of our services are digital and delivered remotely, refunds are not applicable once:

  • The service has been started or completed, or

  • Access, installation, or delivery of work has been provided to the client.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • IT support sessions

  • Website setup or optimization

  • SEO services

  • Content creation

  • Security configurations or installations

Once the service is successfully provided, payment becomes non-refundable as the work cannot be reversed or โ€œreturned.โ€


๐Ÿ” Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Services

For services taken under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):

  • A refund may be processed if no service or documentation has been delivered within the agreed time frame, or

  • If the service quality does not meet agreed standards and DigiNestP fails to rectify the issue within a reasonable period.

In such cases, clients must:

  1. Submit a written refund request to support@diginestp.com within the 30-day window.

  2. Provide valid proof or documentation showing that the service was not fulfilled as expected.

After verification, partial or full refunds may be issued at the companyโ€™s discretion.


โŒ Non-Refundable Items or Services

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Completed or delivered remote work

  • Custom digital projects (e.g., website design, SEO reports)

  • Third-party service or software purchases

  • Delayed services due to client unavailability or incomplete information
